Insurance company AXA opened a pop-up to serve their clients after a hail storm.
A summer hail storm in Belgium caused damage to the cars of 11 000 people. Therefore AXA opened a pop-up expertise and repair center in Vilvoorde. It is impossible for AXA to sent experts to repair centers all over the country. Also, a lot of people don’t know where to go to for the reparation of their car. A pop-up brought the solution.
AXA is thinking about setting up pop-ups for other cases too.
